Exhibit Booth Registration is $900
RMECC 2024 exhibit booths will be 8' x 8' pipe and drape booths with 6' tables (please note this is smaller than previous years). Exhibit booth registration will include 2 boxed lunches per day. Time will be allotted for booth staff to eat before attendees release for lunch.
Booths will be located in the Rocky Mountain Ballroom at the Denver Marriott Tech Center alongside some of the lunch tables and beverage stations.
Booth spaces will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis with some premiere spots being held for sponsors. There are only 40 booth spaces this year. We anticipate they will sell out so purchase early.
