Exhibit at RMECC 2027

There are 2 different levels for exhibitors - regular ($925) and premier ($1250). Premier booth are in higher visibility locations.  Check out the diagram below to see the booths that are available at each level. Booths for exhibitors are selected on a first come, first served basis in the registration process.

Booths at both levels include: 

• 8' x 8' pipe and drape exhibit booth space

• 6' table for materials (linen available if needed) and 2 chairs

• Meals for 2 people each day 

• An exhibitor profile in the event app and attendee website where exhibitors can add photos, descriptions, documents, links and more for both in person and virtual attendees to access

• Lead Capture License that can be used to collect contact information from in person attendees ​
