Reach over 1,700 early childhood professionals all in one place. The group of early childhood professionals that attend RMECC love engaging with exhibitors and seeing the products and services they have to offer! Don't miss this opportunity to show them your brand.
There are 2 different levels for exhibitors - regular ($925) and premier ($1250). Premier booth are in higher visibility locations. Check out the diagram below to see the booths that are available at each level. Booths for exhibitors are selected on a first come, first served basis in the registration process.

Booths at both levels include:

8' x 8' pipe and drape exhibit booth space

6' table for materials (linen available if needed) and 2 chairs

Meals for 2 people each day

An exhibitor profile in the event app and attendee website where exhibitors can add photos, descriptions, documents, links and more for both in person and virtual attendees to access

1 Lead Capture License that can be used to collect contact information from in person attendees ​
Access to the exhibitor set up portal where exhibitors can set up their profile and register booth staff will be provided at least 1 month prior to the event.
