Do you have innovative ideas, research, or best practices to share with passionate early childhood professionals from Colorado and beyond? Now’s your chance to lead the conversation and make an impact.
RMECC 2026 will EXPLORE all things early childhood with over 1,700 educators, administrators, caregivers, and advocates committed to improving the lives of young children and their families. We’re looking for engaging, practical, and thought-provoking sessions on topics such as:

Career Pathways and Goal Setting

Classroom Management and Challenging Behaviors

Don't live in or want to travel to Denver, but still want to present? No problem! RMECC will be collecting proposal submissions for BOTH virtual and in-person sessions. *Note that virtual sessions will need to be pre-recorded and submitted to the RMECC team in March. Virtual sessions will be offered to attendees on a closed platform for 6 weeks following the in-person event. Sessions will be 75 minutes in length. Some sessions will be selected to have a sponsor speak for the last 5 minutes of the session. There will be no knowledge checks this year.
NEW this year! The RFP includes a section for keynote session submissions as well as breakout sessions. Share the RFP with the premiere keynote speakers you want to see at RMECC!
Please note that all new and repeat proposal authors will need to create an account. Once you create an account click "Add Abstract" to begin a proposal. If a session has multiple presenters, only one person will need to create an account and submit the proposal, there is a place to add each lead, and co-presenter to the proposal.
